Shinwari Beef Karahi Recipe – Eid Special Recipes
Here, you can learn shinwari beef karahi recipe. This beef karahi recipe is very simple and easy to make. A very small amount of spices are used in this karahi recipe. On Eid days you can simply make this beef karahi.
INGREDIENTS for Shinwari Beef Karahi Recipe
- 4 tbsp. Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp. of ginger garlic paste
- 1 KG of beef
- 4 Large tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. Salt
- ½ tbsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 Cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Cumin seeds
- Fresh coriander
- Green chili
- Lemon
METHOD
Simply add ginger garlic paste into the oil and cook for 2 minutes. Now, add 1 kg of beef into it and cook for 5 minutes. Add 4 large-size tomatoes and spices and cover it for 5 minutes. Add 1 glass of water and cook in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes after the whistle. Then cook it on high flame till it’s water dried. Shinwari Beef Karachi is ready to serve.
NOTE:
Without a pressure cooker, it takes 50 minutes to cook on low flame.
