Turkish Bread Recipe – Turkish Food Recipes
Here, you can learn the perfect Turkish bread recipe. Which is very easy and quick recipe for you.
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups of All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tbsp.
- Sugar (optional) 1 tbsp.
- Instant Yeast 1 tbsp.
- Cooking oil or olive oil
- 1/2 Cup of Luke warm water
- 1/2 Cup of Luke warm milk
- Chili Flakes
- Fresh Coriander
Direction:
First of all mix the ingredients (instant yeast, oil, water, milk, salt, sugar, and all-purpose flour) in a bowl. Knead it for 5 minutes properly. Pour some drops of cooking oil, cover and set it for 1 hour at room temperature.
After one hour make its shape and some chapati. Pre-heat the pan and cook them on both sides for 2 minutes. Garnish with some chili flakes and some fresh coriander.
Note:
If you are making this simple pita bread for your kids, do not use the chili flakes then.
