Beef Makhni Karahi Recipe
Here, I am making a beef makhni karahi recipe which is very easy to make. While making beef makhni you only need ingredients present in your kitchen. This beef karahi is so delicious and you can always make it at your home very quickly.
Ingredients for Beef Makhni Karahi Recipe
- Beef (Bara gosht)1kg
- Onion (Piaz) 3 large
- Tomatoes (tamater) 3 Large
- 1.5 Tbsp. Ginger (adrak) Garlic (lahsen) paste
- Water (pani) ½ liter
- Fresh coriander (dhania) 1 cup
- 3 Green chilies (sabaz mirchain)
- ½ tbsp. Spices (garam masala)
- 10 mint leaves (podina)
- 20 Cashews pieces (kaju)
- 4 Green cardamoms (sabz ilaichi)
- 2 Black cardamoms (bari ilaichi)
- 1 Cup of yogurt (Dahi)
- ½ Cup of cream (Balai)
- 2tbsp. Butter (Makhan)
Direction:
- First of all, put the beef, onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, and water in the pressure and cover it. Cook it for 15 minutes after the whistle.
- Separate the beef from extra water and add cooking oil to the pan.
- Then add some spices mentioned above Cook it until its oil gets separated.
- On the other hand, take some green chilis, fresh coriander, mint leaves, green and black cardamom, and hot spices powder also some cashew. Put them into the blender and blend them well by adding a little amount of water.
- Add this blended mixture into the beef and cook for 5 minutes.
- After that put the yogurt in it and cover it for 5 minutes. Then turn off the flame while adding some fresh cream.
- In the end, garnish with some fresh coriander and enjoy the delicious beef makhni karahi.
