INGREDIENTS for Chicken Haleem Recipe
- 8 Onions
- 1 cup Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup green chili
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 packet Haleem /daleem masala
- Cooking oil 3 cups
- 1 Cup daal Mash
- 1 Cup daal moong
- 2.5 Cups daal channa
- 1 Cup wheat porridge
- 1 Cup daal masoor
- 1.5 kg boneless chicken
- Fresh coriander
Direction:
- Put all the grains in the pan or pressure cooker water and cook them until they tender perfectly.
- On the other hand, take a pan and add cooking oil to it. Sauté the onion for 5 minutes and add ginger and garlic paste to it. Also some green chilis and tomatoes.
- Add the boneless chicken and spices (haleem masala) to this material and cook it for 15 minutes. Add some water and cook it by covering it until it tenders completely.
- When the chicken gets tender then, mash it by pressing it.
- Combine the grains and cooked chicken in a big pan and cook it with continuous stirring.
- In a separate frying pan fry some onion for garnishing.
- Garnish it with fried onion, lemon, ginger, and green chilis.
