Directions
Firstly, you have to peel off the ginger and garlic. Make sure they get dry properly. Add 2 tbsp. of cooking oil or any other oil in the frying pan and put garlic in the pan. Fry them on a very low flame for 5 minutes so that they get crispy. It can be very easy to off the garlic cloves because of heating. You can use this trick for every type of garlic and it will be very helpful for every occasion. If you put the garlic cloves in the sunlight it also will work.
Then add garlic cloves and ginger into the blender and add some cooking oil. Blend them and make a paste. Put it in a sealed box and you can use this paste for up to one month in the refrigerator.
NOTE: Use gloves if you feel some irritation while peeling off ginger and garlic. Do not use a wet spoon while using this paste. If you are using water instead of using cooking oil then, you can freeze it in the form of cubes for long life. Otherwise, you have to finish it in one week so that it does get not ripe.
