French Fries Recipe
Here, you can learn the perfect French fries recipe which is very simple and easy. You can make it using the ingredients always present in your kitchen and also can store it for up to 2 months in the refrigerator.
Ingredients for making French fries:
- Potatoes 6
- 3 tbsp. of salt
- Cooking oil
Direction for making French fries:
For making French fries you can take 5 to 6 potatoes and wash them properly. Peel off them and cut them equally. Dip in the cold water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, rinse them with water two times. Boil some water and add 3 tbsp. of salt and 1 tbsp. of vinegar to the water. Boil the potatoes for five minutes and rinse them off in cold water two times. Dry them and coat them with dry cornflour.
Put the potatoes in a sealed box or in a ziplock. You can freeze them for up to 2 months. You can also deep fry the potatoes after 2 hours. Here, we fried them after keeping them overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat the cooking oil on high flame and deep fry the potatoes for 5 minutes on medium flame. French fries will ready in 5 minutes and will be so crispy and tasty.
Add some spices on them if you like. Serve with ketchup or other sauce as you like and have fun with crispy French fries with a cup of hot tea or coffee. Also, you can give it to your child in his tiffin box.
NOTE:
You can double-fry the fries to make them more crispy and tasty. You can store it for up to 2 months in the refrigerator.
