Step 1: Unplug the Dryer Brush

Before starting the cleaning process, it’s important to unplug the dryer brush from its power source. This ensures your safety while you’re cleaning and prevents any electrical accidents from happening.

Step 2: Detach the Brush Head

Most Revlon hair dryer brushes come with detachable brush heads that can be removed for cleaning. To do this, simply press the release button on the brush handle and gently pull the brush head away.

Step 3: Remove Any Hair and Dust

Using a comb or your fingers, remove any hair or dust that has accumulated on the brush head. This can be done easily by simply pulling the hairs away from the brush. Once you’ve removed all the hair and dust, set the brush head aside.

Step 4: Clean the Brush Head

Next, fill a sink with warm water and add a few drops of mild dish soap. Place the brush head in the water and use your fingers to gently massage the bristles and work the soap into the brush. Avoid using hot water as this can cause the brush head to warp or become damaged.

Step 5: Rinse the Brush Head

After massaging the brush head with soap and water, rinse it thoroughly under running water. Make sure to remove all the soap suds and that the water runs clear.

Step 6: Dry the Brush Head

Once you’ve rinsed the brush head, shake off any excess water and place it on a clean, dry towel. Let it air dry completely, or use a hairdryer on a low heat setting to speed up the drying process. Avoid exposing the brush head to direct sunlight or heat sources as this can cause damage.

    Step 7: Clean the Handle

While the brush head is drying, clean the handle of the dryer brush. This can be done by wiping it down with a damp cloth and then drying it thoroughly

Step 8: Reattach the Brush Head

Once the brush head is completely dry, reattach it to the handle of the dryer brush. Ensure that it’s securely in place before using the dryer brush again.

Step 9: Store the Dryer Brush

When you’re not using your dryer brush, store it in a dry and cool place. Avoid storing it in a damp or humid area as this can cause the brush head to become moldy or damaged.

By following these simple steps, you can easily know how to clean revlon hair dryer brush and keep it in top shape. Regular cleaning not only helps extend the lifespan of your dryer brush but also ensures that it provides the best results when you use it. So, don’t forget to clean your dryer brush after each use and enjoy beautiful, shiny, and bouncy hair.
