INGREDIENTS for Red Beans Recipe
- Red Beans (Rajma) 250 grams,
- Oil 1/2 Cup,
- Onion 1 Large
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Tomato 1 large
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp. dried coriander powder
- Fresh coriander
DIRECTIONS:
- First of all put the cooking oil, onion, ginger & garlic paste, tomato, red beans (rajma), and 1-liter water into the pressure cooker & cover the lid. Cook it for 15 minutes after the whistle.
- Then cook it for 5 minutes and add the other hot spices.
- Add some water as you required and cover for 5 minutes.
- Add some fresh coriander to the red beans and enjoy it with chapati.
NOTE:
