- 1 Cup of wheat flour (Atta)
- ½ Cup of mustard oil (Sarsun ka tail)
- Some warm water (Pani)
- Salt (Required according to the amount of fish) Namak

You have to apply all these ingredients (lemon juice, lemon, mustard oil, warm water, salt and flour ) on the pieces of fish. Apply it properly using your hands. Let them for 1 to 2 hours and wash properly. Do not mix it more and more so that the pieces of fish get break.
