- Fish 1.5 kg
- 4 tbsp. Gram flour
- 1 tbsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. red chili powder
- ½ tbsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp. dried coriander powder
- 1 tbsp. garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp. Chopped ginger garlic and green chili
Method:
Firstly, you have to wash your fish properly in a proper manner. After washing the fish you have to dry it and then start the frying procedure.
Mix all the ingredients well and some water to make a paste. Coat the mixture on the pieces of fish. Marinate it for 2 hours or overnight. Pre-heat the cooking oil and fry fish pieces on high flame and then low the flame for 5 minutes. Then double-fry the fish pieces for 3 minutes again. Because of double frying it, you can make crispy and tasty fish. It makes the fish cook perfectly.
Note:
If you want the fish so crispy and more delicious then, you can coat the fish pieces with dry gram flour after frying.
