Kabab Karahi Masala Recipe | Quick Dinner Recipe
Here, you can learn the perfect kabab karahi masala recipe and it is very easy to make. Here, we are making chicken kababs without using a seekh and using a shallow fry method for this.
INGREDIENTS for Kabab Karahi Masala Recipe
- 1/2 Kg Boneless chicken
- 3 Chopped Green Chilis
- 1/2 tbsp. Coriander powder
- Pinch of hot spices
- 1/2 tbsp. of salt, red chili powder and 1/2 tbsp. of chili flakes
- 2 tbsp. fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING KABAB MASALA:
- 1/2 cup of cooking oil
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. of ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp. of salt, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder and cumin seeds powder.
- 4 to 5 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of plane yogurt
- 2 tbsp. of fresh cream
- fresh coriander
- pinch of kasuri methi
- chopped green chilis
Direction:
- First of all you have to make chicken kababs. For this purpose, grind the boneless chicken very finely and then add some ingredients which we have motioned above.
- Mix all the ingredients and make shapes of kababs as shown in the mentioned video.
- Then shallow fry these kababs for 2 minutes so that they cook perfectly. Now its time to make masala for this.
- For making masala, take some cooking oil in the pan and add finely chopped onion and ginger and garlic paste into it.
- Add some other spices mentioned in above in the ingredients section.
- You should add chopped tomatoes in it and cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Put the yogurt in it and some fresh cream.
- Put the kababs into the masala and some water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with some fresh coriander and chopped green chilis.
NOTE:
You can freeze the kababs for up to 1 to months after shallow frying them.
