Kabsa Saudi Recipe – Arabic Food

Most people make this recipe in an oven but we are sharing with you a perfect kabsa recipe without an oven. Ingredients which we needed for making it, are as follows:
Ingredients for Kabsa Saudi Recipe
- Chicken 1 kg
- Rice 1 kg
- Cooking oil 1 cup
- 1 Large onion ( Finely chopped )
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger Paste
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic paste
- 3 to 4 Green Chilis
- 4 Tomatoes (Paste)
- Almonds
- Pistachio
- Raisin
- Yellow Food Color
- Sabut Garam Masala
5 Pieces of Cardamom, 1 tbsp. of Cumin Seeds, 2 pieces of cinnamon, Badian, Some Black Pepper, and Bay Leaves.
Direction:
- Add cooking oil in the pan and garam masala, and fry for 1 minute. Then add chopped onion into it and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste, and tomato paste. Add the Chopped green chilis and cook it for 3 minutes. You can also add 1 tbsp. of tomato ketchup for good flavor.
- On the other hand, do some cuts on the big pieces of chicken, as shown in the video.
- Add the big chicken pieces into the material and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add water into the pan, which should be double from rice.
- Cover it and cook for 25 minutes on medium flame so that chicken pieces get tender perfectly.
- Separate the chicken from water and set it aside.
- Add the rice into it which was dipped in the water for 1 hour.
- Let the water dry. On the other hand, take a frying pan and 1 tbsp. of cooking oil.
- Shallow fry the pieces in this frying pan so that they get brown color. Also shallow fry the dry fruit ( almond, pistachio, raisin, or any dry fruits you like you add )
- Put the chicken on the rice and simmer it for 5 minutes.
- Garnish the rice with fried dry fruits.
- Kabsa Saudi Food is ready to eat!
